She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Zapka. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Giancana (Timothy) and Diane Grossi (Anthony); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Patrick, Kaitlin Findley, Daniel McDade, Julia McCarthy and Anthony Grossi.

Interment private Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing practices are required inside the funeral home and a limited capacity will be allowed at one time.
