She was predeceased by: her husband Arlo E. Southwick; her grandson Aaron Southwick; her parents, Fred and Ella; and her brother Fred.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Manuel (late Sonny), Bradley Southwick (Linda), Susan Ketelaar and Brian Southwick; her grandchildren, Shane, Joseph, Benjamin, Mary Southwick, Cheryl, Geno, Rebecca Ketelaar and Derek Southwick; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Jessica Oakley, Morgan and Madison Ketelaar; and her great great grandchild Kaden Byrne.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Shirley's name would be greatly appreciated.
