He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bolattino and Margaret Bolattino (Nee McCleary); and his brother Roger Bolattino. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Bolattino (Nee Brooks); his daughter Callie Revord (late Christopher); his grandchildren, Reilly, McKenna, Colby and Cooper Revord; his cousins, Dennis Lapikas (Peggy), Patti Hagerborme (late Bill) and Donna Keenan (Mike); and his brothers, Ross Margentina, Jim Huey, Bob Meader and Rob Cronholm.
