We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023, at the age of 71, Robert John Dobczyk of Lockport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Dobczyk; and his parents, Leo Dobczyk and Lois Molitor (Vern). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dobczyk, Lisa Lelak (Chris) and Jill Szambelan; his brother James Dobczyk; his grandchildren, Saydi Dobczyk, Rebekah Lelak, Tyler Dobczyk, Cory Lelak, Dustin Lelak, Reagan Szambelan and Andrew Szambelan; his great grandchildren, Katie Jo, Dalton and Luke; and his sister-in-law Donna Dobczyk (late Daniel). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
