He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Jerrick of Lockport and Kim Startz of Joliet; his grandchildren, Nikki, Brandon, Tyler Jerrick and Devin Bethea; his sisters, Marjorie Otis (late William) and Beverly Aiwohi (late Arthur "Kaiser" Jr.); and his nephews, Bill and Dan Otis.
