He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjie M. Bailey (Wertz) and Richard W. Bailey; and his sister Cynthia. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Klein, Linda Avery (Russ), Curt Bailey (Chris) and Theresa Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
