He was predeceased by: his father-in-law J. Dominic Cogan. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Labus (Nee Cogan); his children, Zack, Evy and Brenna Labus; his parents, Richard Sr. Labus and Shirley Labus (Nee McClanahan); his sisters, Laura Gilliam (Rick) and Cheryl Moran (Michael); his mother-in-law Barbara Cogan; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Cogan, Tim Cogan (Kari) and Dennis Cogan (Michele). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Labus family which will be donated to various organization in Richard's name would be greatly appreciated.
