He was predeceased by: his brother Joey (Mariann Stash); and his parents, Anna (Podlesny) and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Burla); his son Rich (Sharon); his grandchildren, Hannah and Cole; his children, Craig and Shannon (Joe); his granddaughter Maggie; his siblings, Jerry (Janet Harms), Sue (Dave Hermann) and Joanne (Larry Rositch); and his parents-in-law, Joyce (Burla), Wayne Morris, Debbie (Jordan) and Bernie Burla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Dick donated countless hours of his time to his children's pursuits, both in and out of school.
