She was predeceased by: her parents, George Troha and Minnie Troha (Nee Cresto); her brother Joseph Troha; her parents-in-law, Frank and Lottie Mondrella (Nee Gurka); and her brother-in-law Rich Mondrella (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Mondrella; her children, Kathy Major (Gary), Patti Larranaga (Steve) of Joliet, Mary Lynn Zembruski (Jim) of Minooka and David Mondrella (Diane) of New Lenox; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Lindsey (Steven Nagel), Tyler Major, Michelle Nahorski (Jake), Lisa Denten (Tommy), Tony Larranaga, Lauren Schwartz (Chad), Adam Zembruski (Josie Alavi), Aly Zembruski, Joseph Mondrella, Chris Fawcett and Danielle Shulman (Jason); and her brothers, George Troha (Ann) of Joliet and Phillip Troha (Cecilia) of Joliet. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, friends and many dear family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Dennis Church, Lockport, or Lightways Hospice in Polly's name would be greatly appreciated.
