She was predeceased by: her husband Donald P. Homerding; her son Brian Homerding; her grandson Matthew Homerding; her great grandchild Jessica Cunning; and her parents, Anton Svetlecic and Theresa Svetlecic.
She is survived by: her children, Alan (Robin), Deborah Tilley (late Jim), Cathy Kenney (late Ryan Reiter), Eileen Rossi (Joe), Tom (Dee Dee), Roger, Erik and Karla Turska; her grandchildren, Mark, Mariann, Kristin, Caitlin, Cailey, Alex, Tony, Lauren, Theresa, Brian, Jacob, Christopher, Allison, Natalie and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Cru, John and Fallon; and her sister Dolores Spangler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the O'Neil Funeral Home (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (500 S Jefferson St, Lockport, IL 60441). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
