He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his daughters, Liz Triffet (Paul) and Therese Bakker (Phyllis Carlson); his daughter-in-law Kelly Bakker; his siblings, Jerry Bakker (Joyce), Gert Rybak and Jim Bakker (Sharon); and also, Peggy Eismann (Jae) and Mark Pustelnik (Moe). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
