He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sr. Apgar and Jean Apgar (Nee Smith); and his siblings, Bruce, Brian Apgar and Pamela Apgar.
He is survived by: his wife Margie J. Apgar; his daughters, Mary Beth Robertson (Jeff), Angela Cullen (Andrew), Kaitlyn Apgar and Kelsey Reese (Sean); his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin Robertson, Anna, Allison Cullen, Zoie, Jackson and Jacen Jarrett; his siblings, Kathleen Johnson, Douglas Apgar (Cathy), David Apgar and Mark Apgar; and his sister-in-law Sue Apgar. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the O'Neil Funeral Home (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lightways Hospice or Alzheimer's Association in Oliver's name would be greatly appreciated.
