She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sokolowski and Stella Sokolowski; her son Richard A. Gaska; and her grandson Jacob Oriatti. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Gaska; her children, Gail Suffredin (John), Cathleen Oriatti (Patrick) and Martin Gaska (Kimberly); her daughter-in-law Denise Gaska; her grandchildren, Stephen Suffredin (Samantha Cecola), Megan Gaska, Kevin Suffredin, Carol Marie O'Marrah (Jacob), Rachel Oriatti, Sophie Johnson (Tommy), Jae Gaska and Morgan Walker (Zachary); her great grandchildren, Genevieve and Toviana; and her sisters, Laura McCorkle (Jack), Christine Pruim (Gary) and Angela Furlano (late Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Dennis Church (1214 Hamilton St, Lockport, IL 60441). A Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
