He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Herbert (late Christine) and Carol Sturgeon (late Jerry); and his brother Ray Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, April Persicketti (Matt), Teresa Smart and Jason Niggle; his grandchildren, Tom, Bianca, Cece, Dino, Donovan, Tristen, Gavin, Valerie, Michael, Keira, Antonio, Faith, Lupe and Lilly; his great grandchild Sebastian; his siblings, Sandra Huml (Jeffrey), Karen St (Paul), Clair and Patrick Herbert (Emma); and his daughter-in-law Valerie Hernandez (Lupe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
