She was predeceased by: her husband Richard F. Lowery; her children, Maureen and John Timothy Lowery; her great grandchild Aaron Meader; her parents, William R. McCabe and Ada M. McCabe (Myers); her parents-in-law, Raymond Fenton and Bernice Fenton; and her sisters, Elizabeth Atkinson (Art), Marge McGinnis (John), Jean Oliver Skoff and Ruth Ward (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, James R. Lowery and Mary Elizabeth Meader (Henry); her grandchildren, Amy Elizabeth Stahl (Dennis), Paul C. Meader (Andrea), Lauren N. Duncan (Jeffrey) and Samantha M. Reese (Steven); her great grandchildren, Lucille, Benjamin Stahl, Daniel Kuehl, Patton, Savannah Reese, Bryce and Shae Duncan; and her stepgrandchildren, Vayla Reese, Samantha and Faustino Munoz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
