It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lorraine Jackinoski of Lockport, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 88, on April 18, 2021. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Alexander Jakubczyk and Julia Jakubczyk (Kolodziej); and her grandson Nicholas Jackinoski. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Lombardo (Jack), Loretta Paver (Larry), Carol Lind (Michael), Richard Jackinoski (Diana), David Jackinoski (Debbie), Janet Smaga (Jeff), Kathy Blotnik (Steve) and Chrissy O'Connor (Mike); her grandchildren, Tony Lombardo (Christine), Joe Lombardo, Renee Karkoska (Mark), Jackie Bethell (Josh), Doug Paver (Nicole), Stephanie Paver, Andy Paver (Sammy), Kevin, Beth Lind, Nicole Mathias, Rick, Jennifer, Adam, Cara Jackinoski, Becky Little (Jason), Jeremy, Philip Jackinoski, Lauren, Abby Reiser (Luke), Chris, Megan, Olivia Smaga, Alex, Madeline, Claire, Ellie Blotnik, Sam and Max O'Connor; her great grandchildren, Giovanni Lombardo, Vincent, Nathan, Matthew Karkoska, Addison, Lucas Bethell, Luke, Emma, Makenna Paver, Austyn, Callie Paver, Charlotte Mathias and Sophia Little; and her friend Jan Mackay.

Face masks are required, and social distancing will be observed. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a private Mass of Christian Burial and Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville with only her immediate family in attendance.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Lightways (formerly Joliet Area Hospice) or St. Joseph Church, Lockport would be appreciated.
