He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Schulze. He is survived by: his parents, Michael O'Toole and Sheri O'Toole (Schulze); his sister Lindsey O'Toole; his grandparents, Russ and Mary O'Toole; his aunts and uncles, Steve Schulze, David Schulze, Beth Butler and Tami House; and also Sue Schulze. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
