He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Koestner; his siblings, Donald Koestner and Karen Loch; and his brother-in-law Robert Czarny. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his mother Antoinette; his children, Brian Czarny (Jennifer), Stacey Wiltse (Josh), Stacy Wepsiec and Tricia Barrera (Fernando); his granddaughter Hannah Wiltse; his siblings, Charles Koestner (Donna), David Koestner (Alicia), Richard Koestner (Lin), JoAnne Kazlauskas (James), Charlene Smolik (David), Nancy Zmikly (Ray) and Judy Marcet (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Sonni Koestner, Pat Kalebich (Frank), Leonard Loch and Ray Czarny (Karrie). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing practices are required inside the funeral home and a limited capacity will be allowed at one time.
