She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Cerenzia (Nee Rosso) and Frank Arvia; and her siblings, Jeanie Bombagetti and Leonard Cerenzia. She is survived by: her husband George S. Lewis; her children, Michele Evans (Jason), Richard Lewis (Kristi) and Sara Fazio; her son-in-law Mark Fazio; her grandchildren, Madison, Natalie, Josophine, Francesca "Frankie" and Dominic; and her siblings, Anita Hennessey (late Xav) and Don Cerenzia (Ruth). She is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to TLC Animal shelter in Karen's name would be appreciated.
