He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smithwick and Helen Smithwick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Johnny (Katie), Tony and Vinny; his brother Joe (Nancy); and his mother-in-law Judy DiCola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
