He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne Pacetti (Nee Galvin); his parents, Thomas Pacetti and Marie Pacetti (Nee Krause); his granddaughter Lacey Clarida; and his siblings, Gino, Butch Pacetti and Ida Haven.
He is survived by: his children, Lori O'Shaughnessy (Kevin), Jimmy Pacetti (Leslie), Jackie Truhlar and Cari Clarida (Bob); his grandchildren, Jessica Bailey (Joe), Billy (Katie), Andrew Truhlar, Alyssa Clarida (Ben), Brandon O'Shaughnessy, Matthew Truhlar, Shelby Fals (Matt), Jocelyn Pacetti (Anthony), Kyle O'Shaughnessy (Ashley), Gabrielle Pacetti, Connor O'Shaughnessy and Brenna Pacetti; his great grandchildren, Walter, Eleanor and Genevieve Bailey; and his brothers, Billy Pacetti (Linda) and Johnny Pacetti (Laura).
