He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Kathleen Burke; and his sister Therese Haugh (late Robert). He is survived by: his children, David Burke, Karen Dirst (Eric) and James Burke (Annette); his grandchildren, Alec, Bryan, Daniel, Benjamin, Alison and LeeAnn; and his siblings, Beverly Sawilchik (late Richard), Mary Ellen Bieber (Peter), Patrick Burke (Sandy) and Robert Burke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
