He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Werth and Gladys Werth (Botwright); his sisters, Marlene Sparks and Vivian Cabeen; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Werth.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judie"; his children, Harold "Butch" Werth (late Kimberly), Kurtis Werth (Becky) and Jan Werth; his granddaughters, Lauren Werth and Joyanne Lepe (Joe); his great grandchildren, Madilyn and Mariella Lepe; and his brothers-in-law, Jamie Smith (late Joyce) and Berry Cabeen (late Vivian). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
