He was predeceased by: his parents, George Novotny and Alice Novotny (Nee Brown); his in-laws, Walter and Beverly Magolan (Nee Fracaro); and his grandson Grayson Koltes.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Novotny (Nee Magolan); his children, Wendy Novotny, Nikki Koltes (Jeff) and Victoria Novotny; his pet Stormy; his grandchildren, Charity Chishimba, Aaron Darling, Kodie Darling, Kaylin Zeglen, Emma Jean Novotny and Cooper Novotny; his sisters, Helen Steinberg (Dave), Judy Spradling and Fran Bachan (late Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Darryl Magolan (Tish), Jerry Magolan, Rich Magolan and Ronell Nelson (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to a Cancer Charity of donor's choice in Jim's name would be greatly appreciated.
