She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Walter, Violet, Alphonse and Anna. She is survived by: her children, Brittaney Matayka (September), Dominic Ciarlette (Joanne Kuznicki) and Randall Ciarlette; her parents, Walter and Ida; her siblings, Michael Lewandowski (Diana) and Michelle Lewandowski; her friend Vic Schreckenbach; and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Lewandowski, Emily Heintzelman, Andrew Heintzelman and Billy Krajacic. She is also survived by family members and friends.
