He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Lietke; and his sister Debbie Bacino (Phil). He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lietke; his girlfriend Karen Cho; his children, David Wayne Blatzheim-Hickey (James), Michael Lietke, John David Lietke, Tommy O'Malley, Vincent Cho, Sara Lietke and Brianna Cho; and his siblings, Danny Lietke (Barb) and Sandra Bortkewicz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
