It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Masek Jr. of Lockport, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Bubba; his grandparents, Marcell, Charles Masek and Howard Graham; his uncles, Charlie Masek and Laneo; and his cousin Candi Graham.
He is survived by: his fiancé Ali Garabedian; his daughter Addison Masek; his parents, David F. Sr. Masek and Holly Masek (Nee Graham); and also Jerrine Graham. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing practices are required inside the funeral home and a limited capacity will be allowed at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Masek family for DJ's daughter Addison would be greatly appreciated.
