He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Dolores Donnowitz; and his sister Susan Wildman. He is survived by: his son Lucas Allen; his siblings, John R. Allen Jr., Denis Allen (Kathy), Patrick Allen (Pam), Nancy Allen (Peter), Ronald Allen (Theresa), Mary Coari and Angela Adams (Michael); and his pet Monique. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
