She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Koestner; her children, Karen Loch, Donald Koestner and Kenneth Koestner; her daughter-in-law Lin Koestner; her parents, Walter Bartlaga and Julia Bartlaga (Nee Figlewicz); and her siblings, Lottie Fik, Eleanor Zarnowiecki, Cele Lewis and Henry Bartlaga.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Koestner (Donna), Charlene Smolik (David), David Koestner (Alicia), Nancy Zmikly (Raymond), JoAnne Kazlauskas (Jim), Judy Marcet (Mike) and Rick Koestner; her children-in-law, Chae Koestner, Joanne Koestner and Len Loch; and her siblings, Richard Bartlaga and Dorothy Cwik. She is also survived by 21 loving grandchildren, 26 adored great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lightways Hospice in Joliet in Toni's name would be greatly appreciated.
