He is survived by: his wife Juliann "Julie" Kocielko; his children, Alicia Thrift (Neil), Rob Morrow and Bob Cooper; his grandchildren, Catalina (Kyle), Kaylee (Dylan), Dave, Logan, Rocco, Jayden, Hunter, Riley, Tricia, Cora, Kathryn, Emily and Nicholas; his great grandchild Fallon Sage; his siblings, Dennis Kocielko (Joyce) of Beverly Hills, FL, Marilyn Kocielko (Ed), Marcia Kocielko of Morris, IL and Marlene Strysik of Joliet, IL; his nieces and nephews, Mariah Kelly (Sam), Mike Mitok, Joey Kelly, Michael Kocielko (Shelley), Casey Strysik, Tommy Joe Wittkofski (Pam), Tammy Ebel and Brenda Paris; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Denise Kocielko, Shannon Wittkofski, McKenzie Ebel, Dennis Kocielko and Thomas Wittkofski.
