He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Whitlock and Edna Williams Whitlock; and his mother-in-law Midge Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Becky L. Proctor; his nephew Jake; his son Terry Winterbauer; his grandchildren, Steven Miller (Hannah) and Abby Nix; his sisters, Betty Talkington (Raymond), Amber Hagen (Bert) and Vanessa Santini (Johnny); and his brothers-in-law, John Proctor (Terri) and Mark Proctor (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great- nieces and nephews.
