He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cummings and Bessie Cummings (Davenport); his siblings, Sharon, John and Charlie; and his siblings-in-law, Kurtie and Kathi.
He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl McCray; his wife Cheryl "Suz" Cummings of Loami; his daughter Rhonda Johnsey (Clint) of New Berlin; his siblings, Ron Cummings (Macie) of Mechanicsburg, William Cummings of Loami and Janet Chaudoin (Lenny) of New Berlin; his sister-in-law Mary Cummings of Springfield; and his friend Eddie Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
