He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen LaRue "Dugan" and Shirley Bridges Jacobs; and his brother-in-law Dr. Mark Jensen. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephanie Jacobs-Jensen of Diamondhead, MS, Melanie Smith of St. Barts and Bethanie Drake (Bruce) of Chatham; his nieces and nephews, Brittany N. Byrd (Tony), John L. Norris (Melinda Winkleman), Stephen T. Drake, Marissa D. Drake (Tarik Eisa) and Grayson B. Smith; and his caregiver Bob Kaaz.
