He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Meisenheimer and Dorothy Meisenheimer (Marsh); his sister Helen Hughes; and his half-brother Larry Branham. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Hollie Whitlock (Tom) of Springfield, Karin Greenwood of Pawnee, Roxanne and Candice; his grandsons, Matt Whitlock, Zach Whitlock and C. J. Greenwood; his sister Delores Dyer (Donnie); his half-sisters, Terry Clardy and Linda Dodson (Pat); and his brothers, Dale, Jim and David Meisenheimer (Bobbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
