He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Combs and Gloria Dalzell Combs; and his brothers, Edward Combs, Jr. and John Glen Ray Combs. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Allen Combs (Amy) of New Berlin, Jen Combs (John) of Charleston, Jason Charles Combs (Melissa) of Loami and Jessie Combs (Renee) of Springfield. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
