Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Annisa Mendenhall of Loami, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 38, on November 9, 2020. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Allen Butcher, Wayne and Shirley Mendenhall; and her stepbrother Ross Howard. She is survived by: her parents, David Mendenhall (Susan) and Dawnal Mahan (Butcher); her children, Blake and Emma Buckles; her fiancé Andrew Rachford; her siblings, Jonathan, Justin Mendenhall, Crystal Mahan and Brandy Miller; and her grandmother Barbara Butcher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid-19, friends are asked to observe social distancing and wear face coverings when attending.

Memorials may be made to her children so that they may do a Living Memorial in the future.
