We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2021, at the age of 85, Charles E Royer of Livingston, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, August Royer and Emma Royer (Febig); and his sons, Bruce and Allen Royer. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Wiggins (Michael), Robert Royer (Christine), Ray Royer, Tom Royer (Denise) and Dave Royer (Rachel); and his brother Eugene Royer. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
