He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ellison and Virginia Ellison (Buchanan). He is survived by: his wife Zoe Bassham; his stepson Christopher Hoshor (Cary) of Roanoke, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ethan, Kadin and Alexis; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Seth and Brother Jim Ellison (Patricia) of Heartsell, Alabama; and his sisters, Linda Ohlwine of Michigan City, Donna Thornton (Pete) of Peoria and Kathy Stoute of Wilmington.
