With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle Amos Worthington of Little York, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Worthington and Mable M. Worthington (Cross). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Worthington of Little York; his children, Brian Worthington (Nicole) of Rochelle, IL, Kelly Worthington (Steven Edson) of Rochelle, IL and Victor Worthington (Melody) of Rochelle, IL; his grandchildren, Ben, Joe, Faith, Maddie, Wyatt and Vivian; his sisters, Joyce Brewer of Galesburg, IL and Bernadine Bankes; and his friends, Jackie and Lisa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Faith Bible Church, Oquawka, Little Cedar Church, Little York or the Little York Fire Department and sent to the funeral home.
