He was predeceased by: his stepmother Sheri Bellinger; and his brother David Bellinger. He is survived by: his parent Patricia A. Bellinger (Hogan); his children, Jennifer Foucault (Bill) of Evansville, IN, Tim Bellinger (Joani) of Little York, IL and Katie Goforth (Philipp) of Willow Park, TX; his grandchildren, Alexis Blake, Austin Blake, Sydnye Bellinger, Clayton Bellinger and Aundreiah Foucault; his father Lloyd A. Bellinger of Little York; and his siblings, Diana Rupe of Little York, Terry Bellinger (Shelly) of Little York, Wesley Bellinger (Nikki) of Monmouth, Todd Cosgrove of Port Orchard, WA, Tia Walters (Mike) of Monmouth and Dana Fuller of Monmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
