He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E Campbell and Helen L Campbell (Kinney); and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his children, Krystal Jungmann (Matt) and Scott Campbell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Kate Jungmann, Little York, Logan, Bryce and Zachary Campbell; his siblings, Barbara Determan (Steve) and Russell (Shari); and his nieces and nephews, Andy Determan, Dan Determan, Kourtney Determan, Hillary Rabe, Cassie Kingsford and JC Campbell.
