She was predeceased by: her parents, Vurney McVey and Edith McVey (Henderson); her husband Clinton Neal; her children, Mary Avery, Betty Toops and Tommy Neal; and her brother Richard McVey.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Neal (Jana), Marty Neal (Ginger) and Patty Clark (William Ludlow); her sister Florence Seaman (Jim); and her grandchildren, Chris Neal, Laurie Wood (Doug), Lonnie Avery (Kris), Bill Toops, Jeff Neal (Jessie), Tyson Neal (Jamie), Tommy Neal, Carla Dickey (Robert) and Malissa Jones (Mike). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
