He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Smith and Marie Smith (McGeehon). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brown; his siblings, Michael and Joyce; his children, David Adam Smith (Annemarie) of Brewerton, NY, Jamie Smith (Dawn) of Monmouth, IL and Allie Smith of Little York, IL; and his grandsons, Adam, Andrew, Zachary and Nathan.
