She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Emma Harriett Toops (Lewis); her spouse Jerry Peddicord; and her siblings, Dixie L. Avery and Herbert W. Toops.

She is survived by: her daughter Stevie Peddicord (Tim Rhoads) of Little York, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Bill Toops (Roxy) of Kirkwood, IL, Trent Avery (Jamie) of Cameron, IL, Taelor Elliott (Jim) of Monmouth, IL and Donna Hunter. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews along with her extended children that she took care of and friends.

Memorials may be given to TAPS, Pekin, IL or the Little York Fire Department.
