Pernicka (Jeanie Zieglar) of Staunton, IL.; his grandchildren, Ashli Brockus (Jack), Satora Jett (Christian), Kyrah Pernicka, Sarah Pernicka, Michael Pernicka, Kayleigh Pollock, Peyton Pollock, Cassie Scroggins, Carla Burdel and Carlie Ballard; and his siblings, Joe Pollock (Carol) of Bellingham, WA., Jeannie Davis of Port Angeles, WA and Donna Nordhaug of Tacoma, WA.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
