She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Brown and Nettie Brown (Dunlap); and her husband Clarence E. Welge. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Welge of Coffeen, Jeanette Hobson (Karl) of Farmersville and Helen Stuhmer of Port Charlotte, FL.; and her sisters, Vera Jones and Jessie Beveneau (Leroy).
The family suggests memorials be made to Raymond – Harvel Volunteer Fire Department or New Hope Baptist Church in Litchfield.
