She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold H. Liesman and Cora C. Liesman (West); and her siblings, Wilbur Liesman, Orville Liesman, Gerald Liesman, Verniece Hoffert, Mary Ann Underwood Bratcher, Betty Nichols and Geneva Haseley.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Martin F. Steffens (Kara) of Litchfield and Brenda E. Carey (Thomas) of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Mason Steffens (Sydney Streeb), Tessa Doyle (Jade), Jennifer Carey and Jaclyn Carey.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1301 N State St, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Elm Lawn Cemetery (139 Yaeger Lake Trail, Litchfield, IL 62056).
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Zion Lutheran School.
