We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2019, at the age of 81, Rosemary Billiter (Litchfield, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincent and Velma Bouillon Fudoli; her son Andrew James Billiter; and her brother James Vincent Fudoli, II. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Dennis Ross Billiter; her son Robert Billiter (Charlene) of Raleigh-Durham, NC; and her grandchildren, Steven, Evan, Braden Billiter, Samuel and Kayelyn Bray.
The family suggests memorials to St. Francis Hospital Foundation or Litchfield Public Library.
