We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2021, at the age of 62, Phillip Owens of Litchfield, Illinois, born in Hillsboro, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owens and Margaret Owens (Siddens); his wife Melissa "Missy" Kae McCarty; his children, Kyle Owens (Kimberly Smalley) of Raymond, Ashley Page (Adam Hassebrock) of Lake Kaho and Tiffany Robinson (Jason) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Caydn Page, Avery Hassebrock, Aubrey Hassebrock, Landen Hassebrock, Dominic Robinson, Zoey Robinson, Charlotte Robinson, Rylan Davis, Colton Owens and Coraleigh Owens; his niece Abby Owens (Kooper Nimmo); his son Clayton Owens; and his brother Doug Owens.
