We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2023, at the age of 66, Pam S. O'Keefe of Litchfield, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blankenship and Mary Blankenship (Nelle); and her brother Jim Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Skaggs (Edward) of Licking, MO, Patrick Wayne O'Keefe (Heather) of Litchfield, IL and Brian (Keefe); her grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylin, Kayleigh, Dylan, Sean of Dominic, LJ, Aubrey, D. J., Verona, Bailey, Abby and Savannah; her great grandchild Aubrey; her brothers, Rick Blankenship (Barb) of St. Louis, MO and Keith Blankenship (Linda) of O'Fallon, MO; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Blankenship. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
